It is expected that Riot Games will release a new patch for the Valorant game soon.

Valorant's impending patch 5.07 will affect four Agents and help balance unintentional tendencies. Important UI additions, unavoidable bug fixes, and much-needed tweaks to a well-known map will also be included in the patch.

Riot Games plans to launch the update on October 4 after pre-patch maintenance. Patch 5.07 is expected to have a substantial file size due to the extensive nature of the associated changes.

What is the approximate download size of the upcoming patch 5.07 for Valorant?

Patch 5.07 changes the powers of Yoru, Reyna, Skye and KAY/blinking O. New UI improvements for the weapon inventory system and bug fixes are included. The current PBE 5.07 also brought substantial improvements to the Fracture map, which will be implemented in Valorant.

The size of a typical update for Valorant is between 1,5 and 2 gigabytes (GB). The patch file size is expected to be considerable due to the impending changes. Patch 5.07 can be between 1,7 and 1,8 GB in size.

Every change must be integrated into patch 5.07 for Valorant

The developers looked at a few agents and fixed some accidental issues. Skye and KAY/one-on-one O's flash skills allow them to play alone. Reyna's Leer and Yoru's Blindside are weaker than expected.

To fix the problem, engineers changed Skye and KAY/Guiding O's Light and FLASH/DRIVE. As a result of patch 5.07, Yoru and Reyna will now have improved blink abilities.

In addition to the Agent adjustments, patch 5.07 will balance a popular map. Fracture will benefit from quality of life improvements to balance attackers and defenders. The mid-minus map with one-way ziplines is considered attacker-centric, so the changes attempt to address that.

Valorant is a tactical shooter, although its style can lead to monotony. Riot Games regularly releases updated content in an effort to keep the player base on its toes. Changing a game too often can overwhelm players and make the learning curve steeper than expected.

Players will now be able to mark a weapon skin as their favorite in the new UI. They will be able to sort the weapons in their collection according to their tastes as well as levels. Random Favorite will award a player's favorite (owned) skin or weapon variant at the start of the match.

In addition to the hardware mentioned above, patch 5.07 will include agent and gameplay bug fixes. Three turret bugs have been fixed, as well as Phoenix and Breach issues.
